Heinous crime: Two killed in separate incidents

ISLAMABAD: A man has allegedly killed his wife over a family dispute at Shahpur Phulgran within the Bhara Kahu police jurisdiction, a police spokesperson said, on Saturday.

Gul Bibi,40, was strangulated to death by Ali Asghar, her husband. The couple had six children and the motive behind the murder was ascertained a family dispute.

Local police reached the scene of the crime and managed to arrest the alleged killer.

Meanwhile, a man identified as Hasham Khan was stabbed to death by an unidentified person. Police officials claim the motive behind the murder is enmity and stated that the culprits would be arrested soon.
