KARACHI:

Pakistan Fisherfolk Forum (PFF) held a rally on Saturday demanding the immediate release of more than 150 fishermen imprisoned in Indian jails.

Families of the victims also participated in the rally which started from Sindh Assembly and culminated at Karachi Press Club.  Speaking to the media during the rally, PFF chairperson Muhammad Ali Shah mentioned that the most of the fishermen were arrested from the disputed area of Sir Creek. He later demanded that in order to solve the dispute both the countries should make a concise policy to make sure that fishermen no longer become victims of the politics between India and Pakistan.
