Rishi Kapoor just landed himself in hot water, as the veteran actor took to Twitter to share a highly inappropriate meme involving US Presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton.

The meme which he says was shared with him by Abhishek Bachchan, has a picture of Hillary coughing into her hand, with the text, "Monika, is this right?," referring to former US President Bill Clinton's affair with White House intern, Monika Lewinsky.

Although the Kapoor & Sons star has a huge fan following on Twitter of over one million, and is known for his wit and humour, Rishi crossed a line with the meme, and Twitterati won't let him forget it.

Adding more fuel to the fire, Rishi hit back at the angry lot, telling them to delete him off Twitter if they don't like his tweet.

In his last attempt to defend himself, Rishi stated, "My forum is a fun one."

Someone's feisty.

Naved Ahmad | 7 years ago | Reply Is this fun may be but certainly not humorous . Right to opine in an open forum is always welcoming but this is a personal attack in an open forum which is absolutely uncalled for.
