Property giant signs agreement with London’s top neurosurgeons

Bahria Town, the London Neurosurgery Partnership and the London Neurosciences Centre have entered an agreement to set up spinal and neurosurgery facilities at two Bahria Town hospitals.

Bahria Town CEO Chairman Malik Riaz Hussain and the top 19 surgeons from London’s world-renowned Harley Street Clinic were present at the signing ceremony.

The surgeons included Richard Gullan, Irfan Malik, Chris Chandler, Nick Thomas, David Bell, Christos Tolias, Senan Barazi, Shujjaud Din, Bahram Fakouri, Saqib Bashir, Shafafi, Arif Khan, Azhar Khan, Dr Zubair, Robert Weeks, Dr N Ahmad, Dominico Valenti, David Lawrence and Kostas Barakas.

“The partnership will help establish world class spinal and neurosurgery, rehabilitation and nerve injury repair centres in Bahria Town hospitals at Bahria Enclave Islamabad and Bahria Golf City Islamabad,” a Bahria Town statement said.

“For this purpose, machinery and equipment have already been purchased and the installation will be completed by October under the supervision of British surgeons,” it added.

Talking to reporters, Riaz said: “My dream is to build a high tech holistic care centre… I am happy that today we are working towards achieving this purpose.”
