Bollywood's chocolate boy Fardeen Khan, who became the victim of social media trolling for his dramatic transformation, has a kick-ass message for all the body-shamers.

A picture of the No Entry actor went viral last week which got twitterati talking about his weight gain, but Fardeen remains unabashed.

Fardeen took to Facebook to post an open letter for all the trolls, claiming he is "not ashamed neither shamed. Not offended, depressed or blind either" and is "living the happiest chapter" of his life so far.

He is also glad to have given haters something to talk about. "Happy to have been the weekend's entertainment for all you trollers," he wrote adding, "If you have had enough fun please take the time to look at your own reflection. If trolling is what makes you feel better about yourself, you have to seriously think about your future prospects."

He also raised his voice against trolling that has become a global trend now, saying, "This worldwide behavioral pattern on the Internet is disturbing even though I believe in absolutely free speech and opinions."

"I also want them to honestly answer to themselves a very relevant question. 'Would they still feel empowered to troll if the anonymity offered by social media platforms on the Internet did not exist?'

"I have no doubt that 99% would not have the guts to. It proves that they are nothing more than a bunch of cowards," he added.

Fardeen also took pride in the fact that he made millions of people laugh. "I am sure you all had a few laughs at my expense too. I must confess I did too. There is a saying, 'Blessed is he who can laugh at himself for he shall never be ceased to be amused.' More importantly I believe the right to laugh at another is earned by having the courage to laugh at yourself.

"Besides life is too short and would make our existence unbearably dull and serious if we didn't."

He concluded the letter by thanking his fans and well-wishers for their support. "I can't thank you enough but it was unnecessary as I am sure you are equally shocked and disappointed."

"I just want you all to know that after a very long time I am in a great space in my life. All I ask is for you to be happy for me and expect not to be disappointed for long," he wrote.

Mega | 7 years ago | Reply @shuaib maybe his daddy was angry for treatment mented to kabir Khan. @Unknown: I think the slap is on u..coz u forgot Fardeen Khan is "indian" himself. People making fun of his weight were from sub continent/people supporting him too were from sub continent. He is known face just not in india, but all around. So he gets positive/negative reactions online from all not just indians alone..so stop cherry picking.
