LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders Jehangir Tareen and Abdul Aleem Khan called on Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) general secretary Khurram Nawaz Gandapur on Saturday and discussed issues related to the prevailing political situation, the law and order, and corruption. They talked about the upcoming by-elections in NA-101, Gujranwala. The PTI leaders condemned an attack on Raja Nadeem, a PAT leader. “The PTI and the PAT are on the same page… we want instant justice for the downtrodden people,” Tareen said. Gandapur said the PAT would hold in March an All Parties Conference (APC) on the Model Town riots. The PTI leaders accepted an invitation to attend the moot. They also prayed for PAT chief Tahirul Qadri’s health.
