Your stars today

Aries | March 20 – April 19

Watching arrangements you worked hard to make happen come undone is upsetting. Still, think twice before you go to battle to keep these afloat. While, in the past, they were important, times have changed and so have your priorities. This may be the ideal moment to let these go.

Taurus | April 20 – May 20

Yet again you’ve run up against your stubborn streak. In theory, you’re happy about some changes. It’s just you didn’t take into account the fact these would mean making substantial alterations to certain longstanding elements of your life. Still, you know that looking back on things, you’d regret not proceeding.

Gemini | May 21 – June 20

Initially you were relieved that others took over decisions regarding matters as tedious as they were complicated. However, what they’ve organised is so restrictive you can’t help but question their wisdom. Ask questions if you must. But the odds are good you’ll realise circumstances gave them little choice.

Cancer | June 21 – July 22

Despite the intense planetary focus on those people and pursuits that lift your spirits, you can’t help being distracted by various practical matters. These are important, but not so much you should allow them to undermine what would otherwise be golden moments in your life. Those practicalities can wait.

Leo | July 23 – August 22

Although the Leo Full Moon took place over two weeks ago, several of the changes it triggered are still being discussed. Aim to define your options and make the necessary decisions by the week’s close, when the planetary setup shifts your focus to matters of an entirely different nature.

Virgo | August 23 – September 22

Accepting the fact there’s no perfect solution for certain crucial problems may seem a compromise. But once you acknowledge the truth of that, you’re also granting yourself the freedom to make whatever changes are necessary to get things done. That will make life a lot easier.

Libra | September 23 – October 22

The time has come to tackle certain minor but irritating issues involving those closest. While, in theory, we should be able to tolerate the idiosyncrasies of friends and loved ones, some really are annoying. Tempting as it is to justify your feelings, simply ask those individuals to avoid the activity in question.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

For weeks you’ve been thinking about potential changes in your domestic or working life. The fact is, you’ve no choice, the issue is about how extensive these should be, and timing. Tempted as you are to battle them now, once you begin, you’ll realise changes aren’t just necessary, they’re long overdue.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 21

As a fire sign and somebody whose enthusiasms can be volatile, you tend not to worry about others’ ups and downs. Yet certain less robust individuals are concerned about the negative attitude of one particular person. The fact is, they’re struggling. What’s more, a pep talk from you would achieve wonders.

Capricorn | December 22 – January 19

As an earth sign, you live in the here and now, so can forget how much certain past goals or objectives once meant to you. Those arrangements have served their purpose, but times have changed and they must go. The real surprise will be the strong feelings you experience when saying farewell.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 17

Intriguing as the ideas being discussed seem, you’ve big questions about whether they’re practical and their ultimate cost. Raise these now, knowing answers could take a few days. Logical as your concerns are, others hadn’t considered these issues, so must first gather and organise the necessary information, then respond to you.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

Usually the heightened feelings that accompany the Full Moon are experienced only a few days before it takes place. However, between next Monday’s Full Moon and, even more important, the Pisces eclipsed New Moon on 9 March, you’re being drawn into a period of questioning and deep reflection, one that will last for some weeks.
