LAHORE: A division bench of Lahore High Court on Thursday extended the stay against construction work on the Orange Line Metro train within 200 feet of historical sites along its route till February 15. Eleven buildings along the route of the metro train have been indentified in this regard. The bench had earlier issued contempt of court notices to the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) for not complying with the stay order. The bench has now decided to hold hearings in the case on a day-to-day basis.
