KARACHI: The Sindh government has announced three days of mourning across the province following the brutal attack at Bacha Khan University in Charsadda. According to the CM House spokesperson, the national flag at all government institutions will fly at half-mast. The Pakistan Peoples Party has made a similar announcement for its offices across the country.
