Election: PMDC council elects president, VP today

ISLAMABAD:

Executive council of the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council will elect its president and vice-president today (Saturday).

Justice (retd) Tariq Pervez will supervise the elections. 26 members of the executive council will elect a president and a vice-president.

Lt-Gen (r) Naveed and Shabbir Lehri will compete for the president. After the elections, a new registrar of the council will be appointed.
