PESHAWAR: The increase in gas tariff by the federal government was criticised by ANP K-P President Amir Haider Hoti. According to a press release issued on Sunday, Hoti said the move would create more problems and not resolve existing challenges. The press release that was issued from Bacha Khan Markaz also quoted the ANP leader as saying the province could produce its own gas. “K-P’s population should be provided natural gas at discounted rates,” read the statement. “But the federal government is doing the exact opposite. The performance of the PML-N government is disappointing by all standards.”
