Louvre displays Islamic art

New Department of Islamic Arts opened at Louvre, the largest of its kind in Europe with 3,000 artefacts on display.

    Ah! I was there last month and I really wanted to see Islamic Art but they were working on that section. I really want a better commentary from Tribune.

    Secondly, a general question for everyone around: In how many pictures can you find a peacock’s depiction or ornaments made using parts of a peacock’s feathers?

    Well this museum is one of its kind. The diversity that it exhibits is astonishing! Was there once to see the highlights, Mona Lisa and Venis de Milo!
