India must be called out for its hypocrisy. When India wants to preserve the LOC as the de facto border and regularly constructs dams in Indian-administered Kashmir, what grounds does it have for opposing any construction project in Gilgit-Baltistan?

@Khan: I am an Indian. I am not at all against any development project of Pakistan. Stable and peaceful Pakistan will benefit whole of South Asia. Unfortunately some elements with their vested interests don’t want normalization of relations….Good luck with the dam and Naya Pakistan project! :)
