Religious parties held the Difa-e-Pakistan convention in Multan on Sunday.
If these people are our defenders, then all minor sects and minorties will have to leave Pakistan
@ET, Why such a biased caption ? If he has been proved innocent by the court who are we to decide.
So does that mean Pakistan will have to keep defending them??????
Well why are you people pointing fingers at him?? I am not his supporter but we must know that the court ordered his freedom……. he didn’t take it on gun point!!! if one has any proof against him, bring it to court…… he won’t be spared….. till anything’s proven against him, the man’s free!! and reserves all the rights in the world to remain so………! so stop grumbling!!
Every terrorist attack on Shias is traced to LeJ, and he is its head. You know how judiciary works in Pakistan. Its obvious why he cant be punished.
Liberal Fascists Vs Religious fanatics. Both are equally worse
Bro, prove it! raising fingers and blaming just anybody is NOT good enough a reason justifying punishment for this man…………. or anyone else for that matter……..its the same judiciary who kept him behind the bars for years……. they would still do that if u provide evidences………..
He has been acquitted because every person who wants to testify against him ‘mysteriously’ dies. So much for his innocence.
What? These fellows defend Pakistan? Everyday killing of minority sects, threatening other sects, Karachi killings, Banazir murder, honour killings, blasphemy murders, bomb explosions are all the byproducts of these elements.
What if its the same “PIOUS” and “INNOCENT” sect that kills the witnesses to negatively influence the case???? assumptions can never be conclusions dear……. u assume one thing, I, the other!!! who’s right and who’s wrong, let the court decide!
” … Difa-e-Pakistan: Malik Ishaq out to ‘defend’ Pakistan … “
It appears that the bearded gentlemen are out looking for imaginary enemies to defend Pakistan from.
Malik Ishaq like people now trying to white wash their sins by conducting such rallies. Its a shame when our lower courts leave terrorists to freely roam around because of life threat to them like famous qadri case where judge had to leave country then it is established that there is no law for malik ishaq and other terrorists but only for poor people who has no money no arms to defend themselves. The law is only for poor, the state has shamefully failed to provide safety to downtrodden.
Describe to me what a ‘liberal fascist’ is. It is a contradictory and pointless conflation of two entirely disparate political dispositions.
@SaQiB: I know Pakistani courts better than you, court verdicts on terrorism cases are flawed because courts use colonial era rules, which are not suitable for today, even UK does not follow such rules on terrorism. In terror cases circumstantial evidence like wire tapping, phone calls etc are enough to send someone to the gallows or behind the bars for rest of their lives. In case of Malik Ishaq,no agency wants to provide such evidence in court. Now its victims versus murderers, every Pakistani Shia needs to bear arm for his/her safety.Recommend
Waving? I thought Ishaq chacha was doing the bhangra! Typical everyone wants to be Punjabi!
I have a relative in FIA. He confirms that 95 percent attacks on Shias and mazaars were carried out by LeJ. Read newspapers regularly, every report points out at LeJ. He was flown in a helicopter to GHQ from Adiyala jail to negotiate with terrorists; he was later released! Unless you are new to Pakistan, its obvious why he was released
They all seems fundamentalists to me.
Please explain it to me how liberal fascists (i don’t agree with this term but let’s just say i am a liberal) and these fanatics are equally worse.
No liberals kill in the name of their ideology nor they issue threats. No liberals have ever been implicated in murders and kidnappings. so please, once again, for sanity’s sake, please tell me how are they equally bad.
The media has always been biased against Islamists. Even in this story, the number of participants has been slashed.
Anyway, one Islamist has more will and determination than 10 liberals. So if I do my math, this gathering should have 200,000 to 250,000 people. NOT BAD!!!
there credibility have become almost zero on joining of Malik Ishaq
If @ court order Raymond Davis can not only bailed exit also y not this person… After all his is the Pakistani let him come to main stream.. a
Most of comments here are like liberal fanatics attacking religious fanatics…..i think above gathering is better than terrorist activities…..it’s positive development….
O God save this land from terrorists!
Well….Just one suggestion for this so-called “Difa-Pakistan Squad”. Today, Pakistan is facing greater threat from internal “Radical groups” and economic disparity that that of external elements. Just, By showing off your stinking shoes, wont sort out any thing. As our biggest enemy is hidden in disguise of demagogic Mula and liberals. In short, First extingush the fire of sactarinism which has been blazing iin pakistan for many years and has engulfed the whole nation.
Well, the good thing is that atleast they are out in the open now and we can’t pretend anymore that the guests attending the rally are not terror supporters. Hence, their support will diminish amongst the sane or even semi-sane sections of society. Its always better to get satan exposed, so that you know what you’re up against and it doesn’t conspire behind you’re back.
very disappointed. We don’t want such kind of Diffa.
The point is not that he has been freed from court. It the fact that he and his sympathesisers not only compaigned against the making of Pakistan but have also been working against the interests of Pakistan at the behest of Saudi Aradia-US.
@F.Muhammad “compaigned against the making of Pakistan” from where did you get that info from ?
why criticising him . Nothing bad if he comes back after voilance.
Main cause of problem are coming forward as problem solvers. Can we trust them?
All Nation have multicultural people and all people have their own way to live their life and have their own way to express their anger etc. if these people celebrate DEFA-E-Pakistan then you can celebrate Defence Pakistan day its like same.
but you agree if some so called moderate people do this thing with their style with music fun and dance it will be highly appreciated.
If this is specifically against the US drone attacks and NATO’s recent attack than it is their right to do such a rally this is a free country there is nothing illegal with them holding a rally Malik Ishaq and Hafiz Saeed have been freed but if this rally is being held just to give a warning to all minorities and show the power of Lashkar e Jhangvi and Sipah e Sahaba than such rallies should be banned
Then we don’t need arm forces. Let that money should be spent on poor masses. Recommend
