How come is it so disgusting only for Pakistanis? Hollywood is still making many films on Dog fighting, if you don’t believe go and watch the movie “Real Steel”.

Animal cruelty aside, what disturbs me more is the size of the crowd and the fact that such a heinous activity is taking place so close to the capital. Something is wrong with this nation that it has become so much bloodthirsty as shown by incidents of sialkot brothers lynching, burning of dacoits in karachi and many such incidents which take place with quite a disturbing regularity.

@ Iftikhar Ali..by any account you are not making a smart point infact it just shows that you are simply try to prove your point without true facts. All the shows that you mentioned are mostly scripted and no one actually gets hurt (I refer to the dog in one of the pictures) They are all in a highly controlled envirement even boxing and UFC have a lot of rules with a doctors on spot having powers to stop the fight without any consultation. Above all humans fight with their free will which animals dont have, poor animals have to keep fighting untill they die or untill their OWNERS feel it right. All the Hollywood movie showing animal fights show some kind of illegal activity and they dont glorify that plus you should also read the intros where they clearly say that no animals were hurt during the shooting of any parts of the movie. Google the NFL star who was suspended and jailed for organizing dog fight.
People please love everyone as you love your own family as we are all created the same way by the same God regardless of our believes.

The real animals here are the spectators. We’re talking here about one of the few beasts that would happily lay its life down for us; stories regularly emerge about dogs dying from grief following the passing of their owners, remembering and returning to even their owners’ graves. And what do we Pakistanis do? Force them to participate in blood sport, kill each other to provide us cheap thrills.
If the cretins in the audience knew one bit about the Islam they so love to get emotional over, they’d take heed from hadith documenting the prophet (pbuh)’s attitude towards animals. “There is no man who kills [even] a sparrow or anything smaller, without its deserving it, but Allah will question him about it”.
